Does the  government have responsibility for the devastation in the Gulf Coast waters of Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas?  Death to fishing  in the coastal waters of Alabama, Florida, Louisiana Mississippi and Texas due to the gushing, plague like eruptions of crude oil.  Off shore and commercial fishing  has been banned in the gulf waters of Alabama, Florida, Louisiana Mississippi and Texas.

The crude oil gushing into the waters of the Gulf contains hydrocarbons such as benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene.  The length of this disaster has become chronic  and due to this fact commercial off shore fishing has been shut down

 This exposure  is now causing lethal effects to life in and around the Gulf waters of Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas.  The poisonous hydrocarbons contacts skin and causes urticaria; a condition that causes a plague like condition  that causes eruptions of the skin that are characterized by a swelling and blistering of the skin from a build up of extracellular fluid.  This effect appears within a few minutes to a few hours of  exposure to crude oil.

Ingestion of crude oil in sufficient amounts causes acute and chronic effects and death if sufficient quantities are consumed.  Life saving measures are for exposure to such toxins are described as a diagnostic challenge. These life saving measures must be performed on all that has been affected by crude oil poisoning.   This is literally a nightmare for the commercial Gulf waters of Alabama, Florida,Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas.

The nightmare of contaminated tissues must be considered prior to the harvest of sea life from the Gulf waters of Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas.  Sea life retrieved from these waters intended for human consumption is now not fit for consumption.

Little is known about exactly how long toxins will persist inhighly exposed animals in the Gulf waters of Alabama, Florida, Louisiana,  Mississippi and Texas.  Sunlight, heat and psychologic stress may intensify the effects of crude oil poisoning.  Crude oil is a known carcinogen, a cancer causing substance, and at high levels it has a variety of hemotoxic properties.

The gushing plague like eruption of crude oil has become the worst nightmare for animal rescue in history.  The truth is much death to the Gulf waters of Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas.
